About The Position

Under the supervision of the PQI Manager, the PQI Data Management Specialist supports the day‑to-day operations of Kaleidoscope's Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) system. This position plays a critical role in collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting program data to support service quality, compliance, and data‑informed program improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a minimally insured vehicle, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with continuous quality improvement, data entry, data analysis, or research preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Collect, enter, and maintain program data using valid and reliable data collection methods
  • Compile, analyze, and prepare reports using data from multiple spreadsheets and internal data systems
  • Review data for accuracy, trends, and opportunities for program improvement
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including: Monthly THRIVE Data Reports Quarterly Intact Family Services Performance Reports
  • Assist with documentation and materials for program monitoring and grant compliance reviews
  • Maintain and manage program databases, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions
  • Identify new data collection points and tracking methods based on program needs
  • Collaborate with the PQI Manager to support implementation of the Intact Family Services PQI Plan
  • Participate in monthly PQI meetings and agency‑wide PQI Committee activities
  • Assist with administering caregiver satisfaction surveys
  • Utilize Excel and other data tools to develop formulas, tracking tools, and reports
  • Apply critical thinking to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of DCFS SACWIS and Performance Dashboard systems
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including the Community Resource Coordinator, regarding THRIVE network activities
  • Perform additional PQI‑related duties as assigned
