This role is designed for an experienced professional who will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of privacy-preserving record linkage across various data sources. The selected candidate will ensure that the linkage services are robust, scalable, and compliant with federal privacy, security, and performance standards, making a significant impact on data-driven research while safeguarding privacy.

Requirements

Masterâs degree in a relevant field such as health services research or related discipline.
7+ years of experience managing federal research, health, or data integration efforts.
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning methods.
Success in leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Strong project/program management skills, including planning and risk management.
Familiarity with federal privacy, security, and governance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to design and refine workflows for data linkage.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearance.

Nice To Haves

Industry certifications such as PMI PMP, Agile, or ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct implementation and execution for PPRL-A, including environmental scanning, methodology, and workflow design, testing, and validation.
Manage day-to-day automation operations, coordinating development sprints and production runs.
Integrate PPRL-A solutions with data linkage, enclave and program operations.
Translate privacy and security requirements into automation designs and controls.
Own dashboards for automation coverage, match quality, and user satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process changes and AI techniques.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and research teams.
Support and develop PPRL-A technical and operations staff.
Plan and execute transition activities for PPRL-A related environments and tools.
