The PPO Garage Part Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of salaried bargaining and non-bargaining work teams in completing vehicle retrofits, builds, and/or part fabrication. This role directly supports daily production. The supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting problems as they arise and allocating resources and manpower accordingly to resolve issues without impact to shop throughput performance. Responsible for Manpower Management and Leads Safety, Quality and Cost initiatives for the shop and provide regular status to leadership.
