About The Position
MOR PPM Inc. seeks a Machinist for an outage in Sutherland, NE.
Requirements
- Individuals shall have the capabilities stated above and in addition a minimum of two (2) yearsverifiable experience working in a machine shop environment is desired.
- All craft are required to have OSHA 10 prior to arriving on site.
Responsibilities
- Ability to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
- Ability to modify and/or repair mechanical instruments.
- Individuals may be required to fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools and/or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties,layout, and machining procedures.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Use and interpret precision measuring equipment.
- Working to written procedures.
- Troubleshooting
