The People Programs Delivery (PPD) Team The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team sits within People Services and is responsible for ensuring global service delivery readiness, driving operational excellence, and enabling the successful adoption of people programs across our People Experience (PEX) and People & Places (PPL) organizations. We partner closely across PEX and PPL to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and continuously improve how People programs are designed, delivered, and experienced by Autodeskers worldwide. Position Overview: This is a 12-month fixed-term employee contract. This position will report to the Sr Manager, People Programs Delivery and will be 100% remote in Canada. As a global People Programs Manager, you will lead the delivery, optimization, and adoption of global People/HR programs and practices. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are scalable, operationally ready, and deliver a world-class employee experience.
