Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Discover Impactful Work: We are seeking a highly motivated PPI Specialist III to join our Pleasanton team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance process efficiencies, elevate customer experiences, and champion employee engagement. In close collaboration with Shared Service and cross-functional teams, you will spot chances for improvement, implement Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies, and facilitate enduring change. Additionally, you will mentor junior PPI staff and champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. A Day in the Life: Lead and handle sophisticated PPI projects from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring measurable business results (productivity gains, quality improvement, etc.) Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and root cause analyses, while assisting teams in identifying new projects through data analysis and daily management systems. Develop and standardize operational processes that improve performance, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to align improvement efforts with strategic objectives. Prepare monthly reports to share with Leadership and maintain Roadmap, PPI Engagement boards, and other visual management on-site. Work closely with the site PPI steering committee to accelerate the culture change that is vital to support the PPI Business System. Train and mentor team members and collaborators on PPI tools and project execution, ensuring balanced system improvements and independent process management. Perform Gemba walks to observe processes and identify improvement opportunities. Serve as the PPI subject-matter authority for the site, staying up to date on industry trends and standard process-improvement methodologies. Cultivate an action-biased culture of continuous improvement to improve critical metrics in customer, finance, people, and quality areas. Keys to Success:
