Requirements

Must be a graduate of a professional school of nursing.
Indiana RN license.
3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred.
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of practice administration, clinical operations, finance, clinical operations, service excellence and revenue cycle processes.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent preferred.
ACLS is required to work in the Cardiology Administration Department (cost center 4745).
