The PPAP Coordinator serves as the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate execution of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities. This role manages the coordination of new part submissions, revalidations, and process changes to support successful new business launches and ongoing production requirements. Responsible for issuing and tracking PPAP purchase orders, maintaining data accuracy in the company’s quality management system (currently IQS, transitioning to Qualityze), and coordinating communication between suppliers and internal teams, the PPAP Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring compliance, readiness, and customer satisfaction while supporting company goals for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
