Responsibilities
- Lead in development of New Program Capacity Strategy including Operating Patterns and line Cycle.Time targets, as directed following the capacity strategy PTP02-295MES.
- Lead development of direct / indirect / salaried labor staffing plans to meet program labor and HPU targets from Program Start through Job 1 + 90.
- Develop 5-year labor glidepath as required following Labor Glidepath Procedure (FAP02-071)
