Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related degree
• 8+ years’ experience in the design and release of diesel engines and automatic transmissions
• Engine experience build or modification of diesel engines and/or transmissions, preferred
• Previous military product development a plus
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Powertrain component, subsystem, and system level design, development testing and release
• BoM development and management
• Conduct component and system level FEA, CFD, 1D cooling/performance-based calculations
• DFMEA, DVP&R, and production PPAP requirements
• Development of SoW for effort to be completed (internal or external)
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and IPT's through the generation of briefs
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter, NX, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
