Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Powersports Technician.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing Powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately diagnose and resolve problems.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
