This is an opportunity to sell top brands including Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Ski-Doo, Yamaha, Suzuki, Slingshot, Spyder, and Ryker while building a strong income through commission and customer relationships. Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, RV, marine, agriculture, or equipment sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a customer-first mindset
- Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings
- Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned powersports vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Deliver a strong customer experience using a structured sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop product knowledge across all major powersports brands and models
- Utilize CRM and dealership systems including LightspeedEVO, Kenect, SharePoint, and BambooHR
- Prospect, follow up, and generate new sales opportunities
- Stay informed on competitor products and industry trends
