About The Position

Regional Sales Manager Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to help drive growth across our portfolio of 11 company-owned brands. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies that expand market presence and increase revenue with powersports dealers, e-commerce retailers, big box stores, and OEM partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers measurable results. Responsible for the following states: MT, ND, WY, SD, NE, CO, KS, OK, TX, NM, LA, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of field sales experience; powersports or OEM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Demonstrated success executing sales or brand initiatives
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
  • Comfortable taking initiative and producing results in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and professionalism
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • powersports or OEM experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and analyze sales performance, gross margin, and purchasing trends
  • Leverage available tools and data to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions that support both short-term wins and long-term success
  • Learn, articulate, and promote the value of proprietary and distributed brands
  • Execute promotional and marketing programs to maximize sales impact
  • Maintain accurate customer and account records using CRM tools
  • Deliver exceptional service across a diverse dealer network by proactively addressing customer needs
  • Build strong partnerships with dealership personnel and key vendor representatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Turn 14 Powersports resources, including brands, products, merchandising, training, and support
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, maintaining appropriate sales samples and materials
  • Attend trade shows, sales trainings, and industry events as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Brand Management, Marketing, and other internal teams
  • Support company initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as assigned
