About The Position
As a Parts & Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for customers and technicians—helping riders get the right parts, accessories, and service support to keep their machines performing at their best.
Requirements
- Strong passion for powersports (ATVs, dirt bikes, street bikes, UTVs, snowmobiles)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous parts, service writing, or dealership experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts and accessories
- Support service technicians with accurate parts sourcing and ordering
- Manage parts inventory, receiving, and stocking
- Process special orders and vendor returns
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Stay up to date on the latest powersports models, gear, and technology
