About The Position

Are you passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides—or anything with a throttle? Do you know the difference between a dirt bike carb and a street bike ECU and enjoy explaining it to others? If so, we want to talk to you. Jones Powersports is looking for an experienced Powersports Parts Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t just a parts counter role—it’s an opportunity to work alongside fellow enthusiasts and help riders get exactly what they need to ride safely, confidently, and often.

Requirements

Previous parts experience preferred (powersports dealership experience strongly preferred)
Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus
Strong knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar equipment
Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software
Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Ride, race, or wrench on bikes yourself
Are familiar with brands like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Polaris
Thrive in a fastpaced environment and keep the good vibes going

Responsibilities

Deliver topnotch customer service in person, over the phone, and online
Help customers identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more
Accurately pull, pack, and ship parts orders
Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently
Stay up to date on new products, launches, and parts trends in the powersports industry
Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked parts department
