About The Position
Providing direction for day-to-day operations and being the go-to person for the Facilities & Engineering department are the primary responsibilities of the lead. As a working lead, you will perform a variety of duties to maintain ProMedica facilities, utilities and equipment. You will establish department policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety. You will monitor staff scheduled schedules and payroll documentation. In this role, you will operate and maintain HVAC and boiler systems and emergency electrical generating equipment and distribution systems. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years general maintenance experience in a commercial setting
- Valid MI/OH driver’s license and driving record that meets policy requirements
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and commercial experience
- Healthcare environment experience
- Refrigeration certification
