About The Position

As a Sales Representative for Rolling Suds of Birmingham, you’ll play a key role in our continued growth and success. You’ll connect directly with customers across the Birmingham area, building relationships, providing estimates, and helping them understand how our professional power washing and exterior cleaning services can enhance their properties. With over 30 years of experience and a trusted national brand behind you, you’ll have everything you need to succeed — from proven sales processes to strong operational support and top-of-the-line equipment.

Requirements

Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
Self-motivated and organized, with strong communication and follow-up skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to learn technical details of our cleaning services and explain value to customers confidently

Nice To Haves

Experience in the pressure washing, cleaning, or home services industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, job-site visits, and local outreach
Meet with potential customers to perform site evaluations and present customized service proposals
Manage and track leads in the CRM, following up consistently to close deals
Foster long-term relationships with commercial clients, property managers, and homeowners
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent service delivery
Report weekly sales activity and goal progress to management
