As an Experienced Power Washing Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of professional power washing experience preferred.
• Comfortable with heights – able to climb ladders and walk on roofs confidently.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform general labor.
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving large commercial vehicles (up to 25 ft).
• Must live locally and be ready to work in the surrounding area.
• Must pass a standard background check.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical Sense: Basic ability to troubleshoot small equipment or truck issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside your crew to ensure each job is completed professionally and to customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members using your experience and company-provided resources.
• Follow standard procedures for truck maintenance, equipment maintenance, safety, and washing techniques.
• Maintain high-quality work by using checklists and following company cleaning protocols.
• Capture before-and-after photos for client updates, marketing, and insurance records.
• Promote the business by placing door hangers, flyers, and lawn signs at every job.
