About The Position

Rolling Suds is hiring Power Washing Professionals to join our growing exterior cleaning team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on delivering high-quality power washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. No prior power washing experience is required. We provide training for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work and want an opportunity to grow.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at height when required
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Available Monday through Friday
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Power washing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Perform power washing and exterior cleaning tasks following company procedures
• Assist with job setup, breakdown, and cleanup
• Operate equipment safely after training
• Follow job checklists and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments
