Requirements

Experience: 6+ months in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
Dependability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
Customer Service Acumen: Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.
Physical Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, and stand for extended periods. Comfortable climbing ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.

Nice To Haves

Power washing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance: Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
Site Safety & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.
