Requirements

Must be 21+
Pass background check
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to climb roofs /not afraid of heights or lifts.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform power washing services for residential and commercial properties.
Maintain and operate power washing equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate with coworkers.
