About The Position

The Power, Utilities & Renewables Research Manager at Deloitte is responsible for leading research, writing, and analysis of industry issues within the power and utilities and renewable energy sectors. This role involves producing quantitative analysis and research papers that provide strategic insights to support the growth of Deloitte's Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industry practice. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver concise insights and reports that address key industry challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA or BS).
• 8+ years of professional experience in the power and utilities or renewable energy industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the US power, utilities, or renewables sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with statistical software and visualization tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, or Tableau.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Previous experience in management consulting, public policy, government relations, think tanks, or academia.

Responsibilities
