Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. To deliver on that mission, Amazon is looking for talented candidates who are intellectually curious, have solved complex problems, and have a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. In this role, you’ll join Amazon Leo's Power Systems Test team as a Test Engineer. This is a hardware engineering position focused on power system verification in our satellite mass-production facility. You will innovate and solve engineering issues that arise during the test of each satellite's integrated power system, specifically covering production, integration, testing, storage, handling, shipping of the Leo spacecraft. You will be supporting the vehicle integrated test operations line along side Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve operational efficiency, deploy new test procedures, and develop engineering dispositions related to non-conformances. You will work hard, have fun, and make history! This Test Engineer will require familiarity and expertise on design, manufacturing, test, validation, and qualification of modern power systems for autonomous vehicles (drones, satellites, EVs, etc.).
