About The Position

Supervise/Manage all large field service jobs by planning, supervision, customer interaction and work order management. Responsible for assisting in quotes of parts and labor times for large field repairs including profitability and supervision. The individual will be required to conduct field visits with outside product support representatives to assist in formulating repair quotations. Supervise technicians to keep jobs on track. This person will also be responsible for supervising all outside vendors working on our behalf.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the equipment industry or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, time management, team building, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, MS Office, D365, SIS, and other position-related software.
