Requirements

• Completion of, or current enrollment in, a bachelor’s, master's, or PhD degree program with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of, or current enrollment in, power systems fundamentals class(es) (strongly preferred)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities

• The Power Systems Engineer Intern – will perform projects/tasks such as network-wide steady-state and short-circuit studies as well as contribute to process improvement efforts, including development of Python scripts.
• This position will report to an experienced distribution engineer and be exposed to exciting projects building valuable industry knowledge.
• Through this opportunity, the intern will gain hands-on experience and perform r esearch in-line with study requirements.
