About The Position
The Power System Trainer/Operator is responsible for developing and administering training requirements for Power System Control in compliance with NERC reliability standards and SPP Criteria. This role involves designing, delivering, and documenting training for Power System Operators and trainees, while also performing the duties of a Power System Operator/Dispatcher. The position requires maintaining certification and readiness to operate the electric system safely and reliably.
