About The Position

As a System EPM, you will work closely with mechanical, electrical, test and
validation teams within Hardware Engineering and across the company to define
and develop advanced AC/DC power systems. You will be responsible for driving
day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives, with a focus on
engineering design, development planning and validation cycles.

Requirements

• BS/MS Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 yrs minimum of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics
• 3 yrs minimum of project management experience - proven track record of managing complex hardware product schedules and engineering builds, down to the smallest details
• Ability to operate well in an environment with rapid development cycles and constant change
• Curiosity and action-orientated mindset
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally if required
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience as primary point of contact with international vendors and contract manufacturing partners to establish a daily assembly/build input plan, provide clear direction and guidance to meet the program and build objectives
• Experience driving a highly diverse set of cross-functional team members and perspectives while yielding the best possible product solution
• Ability to work on strategic tasks and solve for ambiguous, open ended goals
