Requirements

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Power/Energy Systems) + 3 years' experience, OR Master's + 1 year, OR PhD in a related field.
Skilled in simulation tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, DSATools, ETAP, CYME, SKM, ASPEN.
Strong technical writing and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI/ML in power systems (preferred).
Knowledge of transmission planning and renewable integration (preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior consultants on energy consulting studies.
Design and simulate power systems using advanced modeling tools.
Conduct independent research and apply cutting-edge techniques.
Prepare technical reports and client-facing presentations.
Participate in customer meetings and offer technical insights.
Identify and support process and business improvements.
