Power Platform/Sharepoint Developer (Remote)
About The Position
NIWC Atlantic Software Services requires ISHPI to provide emerging Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) information technology, to design, develop, engineer, and maintain systems that will improve customer organizational efficiency. ISHPI provides support in the areas of Administrative Services, Applications Integration Management, Corporate Strategy Planning and Execution, Information Assurance (IA), Information Resource Management, and Information Technology (IT) Operations. Further task includes new standards engineering, prototype installation, application development, data interoperability, system design, system management and maintenance, data collection, analysis, and other management and implementation efforts in support of data translation, data mediation, and data mapping.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a STEM degree.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or later
- Microsoft .NET Framework
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or later
- NET
- T-SQL
- HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
- 5+ years of experience developing/maintaining Microsoft based Web and client/server applications
- Full Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience integrating Sharepoint with Microsoft 365
- Experience integrating Power Platform application with external data sources.
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD government security clearance.

- Experience working in a CMMI Maturity Level 3 or higher organization
- Experience with Azure (nice to have)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II, - One of the following certifications preferred: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security), CySA+ (CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst), GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification), CompTIA Security+ CE, CND (Certified Network Defender), or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
Responsibilities
- Be able to design and architect solutions using Power Platform components to meet business needs
- Create data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Microsoft Power Platform to create efficient and effective solutions
- Develop and maintain end user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements that improve Command Business processes
- Support testing and troubleshooting of defects
- Integrating Power Platform application with external data sources.
- Use data modeling techniques to build PowerBI-based dashboards
- Designs and develop Sharepoint sites, pages, lists, and views
- Create training documentation for end users
- Demo solutions to the customers
