About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Integration Developer to design, build, and support automation and integration workloads across the Microsoft Power Platform, .NET, Azure, and SharePoint ecosystems. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, bridging citizen development and enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud flows and PAD desktop flows).
  • .NET development (C#) — APIs, Azure Functions, console applications, or background services.
  • Azure services: Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Container Apps, or Functions.
  • SharePoint Online — lists, document libraries, permissions, and Power Automate integration.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, SQL Server, or similar ERP/database platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and work item tracking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Playwright or other browser automation tooling.
  • Exposure to Dataverse or model-driven Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and M365 integrations.
  • Understanding of enterprise VNet/Private Endpoint networking in Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (PAD) to automate business processes across Gildan and integrated systems.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) for operational use cases across distribution and corporate functions.
  • Build .NET integrations and Azure Functions to connect on-premises and cloud services.
  • Implement SharePoint-based solutions including lists, libraries, Power Automate triggers, and SPFx components where required.
  • Support agent-based automation workloads under the Warden platform architecture, including flow YAML configuration and queuedriven task execution.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into integration designs.
  • Document solutions, data flows, and integration patterns for knowledge transfer and maintainability.
