About The Position
Encora is looking for a skilled Functional Analyst with 5–9 years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or product ownership. This is a fully remote role supporting EST work hours. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), a strong understanding of business process modeling and digital transformation, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
