As a Power Platform Engineer, this role is responsible for building, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions that deliver secure, reliable, and well-governed business outcomes. The engineer works within established architectural standards to develop applications, automations, integrations, and analytics that meet business needs while supporting scalability and longterm platform health. This role partners closely with IT, business stakeholders, and citizen developers to implement solutions, resolve technical challenges, and promote effective use of the Power Platform. The Power Platform Engineer plays a key role in enabling innovation and operational efficiency by providing technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the solution lifecycle. Our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Team focuses on empowering employees through intuitive, reliable digital tools. Success in this role requires hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem, along with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, well‑implemented solutions. As part of our team, you will collaborate with coworkers in a dynamic and supportive environment to help ensure technology is used effectively to achieve organizational goals.
