We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Microsoft Power Platform Production and Operational Support Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our Power Platform solutions in production environments. You will leverage your deep knowledge of observability, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations, while also driving innovation and enhancements through your understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with the Power Platform. What will you bring? 3-5 years of experience working in production and operational support roles, preferably supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages). 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform. Demonstrated expertise in observability, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting within complex technical environments. Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (such as Azure Monitor, KQL, Application Insights, Power Platform Admin Center, Log Analytics, etc.). Solid understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and developing effective resolution workflows. Proficiency in scripting and automation for operational tasks (Python, Azure CLI, or similar). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
