The Power Platform Developer role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance the use of Dynamics 365 CRM within the organization. This position requires collaboration with various development teams and focuses on creating and managing CRM solutions while providing training and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and updates in the system.

  • Work cohesively in a team environment on multiple solutions simultaneously.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM according to business objectives.
  • Provide training and documentation for the business regarding system changes.
  • Create, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in the GCC.
  • Engage and collaborate with other development groups to leverage existing functionalities.
  • Create solution components and manage both managed and unmanaged solutions.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms and views, including managing system, public, and personal views.
  • Manage Dynamics CRM entities and their properties, including ownership and custom entities.
  • Configure field customizations and develop calculated and rollup fields.
  • Implement entity relationships and understand cascading rules.
  • Utilize business rules and workflows effectively, including creating business process flows.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Automate flows, and other out-of-the-box tools (5 years required).
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and security model of Model Driven Apps (5 years required).
  • Experience developing complex flows using Power Automate (2 years required).
  • Understanding of SDLC for Model Driven Apps and experience with solution management (5 years required).
  • Ability to perform advanced customization using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, etc. (5 years required).
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM/365/Model Driven Apps (5 years required).
  • Experience using C# and JavaScript (5 years required).
  • Experience designing form structures and using specialized form components (4 years required).
  • Experience with larger enterprise-level solutions (2 years required).
  • Experience working with navigation and implementing form customizations (4 years required).
  • Experience with PCF custom controls and TypeScript (3 years required).
  • Experience with Power Apps portals or The Portal Connector (2 years desired).
  • Professional Certifications in Dynamics (2 years highly desired).
