About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Power Platform Developer (Power BI / Power Apps / SharePoint) to join our team in Waco, TX! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Power BI (35%) Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization. Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visualizations Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, refresh schedules, and security (RLS) Power Apps (15%) Develop and maintain canvas Power Apps to support business processes. Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint and other data sources. Improve user experience through intuitive app design and automation. Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications. SharePoint (40%) Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. Build SharePoint‑based solutions that support data collection, collaboration, and reporting. Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate Maintain documentation and governance standards for SharePoint solutions. Collaboration & Support (10%) Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Ensure solutions follow organizational/company security, governance, and compliance best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data or Computer Science AND 5-7 years of relevant experience
Communication and collaboration with team and internal customers
Problem solving and analysis/interpretation
Develop and deliver solutions based on customer requirements
Experience with Power BI
Hands‑on experience developing Power Apps (canvas and/or model‑driven)
Experience working with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and permissions
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business processes
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power Automate (flows and integrations)
Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, Excel, or other data sources
Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and governance
Experience in project‑based environments
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, or M365)
