About The Position

Power Platform Developer The Opportunity: On our team, you’ll serve as a Power Platform Developer dedicated to building scalable, maintainable, secure business solutions in support of product managers within the public health mission space. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and sustain applications across Micro sof t’s Power Platform, including canvas and model driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will collaborate closely with a team of business stakeholders to architect and deliver enterprise level tools from the ground up, effectively planning and delivering work to meet mission objectives. This po sit ion requires contributing to the full system development lifecycle, applying agile met hodologies to define sprint tasks, collaborating with business stakeholders, providing accurate estimations, and troubleshooting with users to ensure delivery of iterative, high quality products and services. You will also create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support long-term sustainment and knowledge transfer. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Power Platform development, including Dataverse
  • Experience incorporating AI Builder for pre-built models, such as sentiment analysis or object detection, or custom AI models
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions developed using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with canvas and model-driven apps
  • Experience with Dataverse security concepts, including roles, permissions, and data access controls
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows, approvals, and business process flow, and integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and Micro sof t 365 services
  • Experience establishing relational databases, including schema design and implementation of scalable and high-performance data structures, and generating database artifacts such as ER diagrams or data dictionaries

  • Micro sof t Certified Power Platform Fundamentals or Asso cia te certification , or Power BI Data Analyst certification

  • Experience developing in compliance with Section 508 requirements
  • Knowledge of UI / UX design principles
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform, such as GitHub Actions
