We are seeking a skilled Power BI & Power Platform Developer to join our team and directly contribute to data-driven decision-making within MDA operations. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions for business intelligence, strategic analysis, and process automation. Responsibilities include data modeling and visualization using Power BI, development of efficient Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, AI implementation to enhance productivity, and application migration from SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online.

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, with a focus on business intelligence, data modeling, data analysis expressions development, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models within Power BI, establishing relationships between tables and ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyze, design, and implement the migration of SharePoint Subscription Edition InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer 2010 workflows to the Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
  • Leverage data sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, cloud services) and perform data transformation and loading (ETL) processes using Power Query.
  • Develop and maintain custom Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) to address business needs, utilizing multiple data connections and complex workflows.
  • Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes, integrate data between various systems, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of SharePoint security models and permissions.
  • Design modern SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and content types.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, subject matter experts, end-users) to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Utilize TEAMS Channels and Collaboration; Integration with SharePoint Online and Power Platform features.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power BI/Power Platform development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft PL-900, PL-300, PL-400 certifications.
