The Power Platform & Copilot Studio Support Specialist will provide engineering support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. This role supports end users, makers, and business teams by troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and enabling successful adoption of low-code/no-code solutions and AI-powered agents. This role combines strong customer service skills with technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform governance, and conversational AI solutions. Key responsibilities include end-user & developer/maker support and management of Copilot Studio and Power Platform tenant services while providing continuous improvements for support operations. Key responsibilities include end user support for Platform Governance & Security, Administration & Operations, Application Lifecycle Management, and AI adoption. Provide help desk support for Power Platform and Copilot Studio-related issues via ticketing email, chat, and online meetings Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents Assist users with access issues, permissions, environment configuration, and licensing support Follow established Power Platform and Copilot Studio governance, security, and DLP policies Assist with environment management tasks, for example solution imports and basic environment troubleshooting Help enforce best practices for naming, documentation, and solution lifecycle management Maintain awareness of platform updates and feature changes Create and maintain help desk documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides Contribute to internal knowledge bases and self-service resources Work closely with platform admins, developers, and business stakeholders Identify recurring issues and recommend process or platform improvements Support Power Platform and Copilot Studio adoption initiatives and citizen developer enablement Proactively resolve incidents and collaborate with Microsoft Support as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities: 3-5 years supporting Power Platform including Power Apps and Cloud Flows Understanding of low code development using Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio agents Knowledge of citizens development, ALM strategies, security/compliance, and platform/operations management Basic understanding of scripting languages and full stack development using programming languages such as Power Shell, Python, and C# Experience using and supporting services for Microsoft 365 and including Power BI, SharePoint, Exchange, Office Apps, Entra Identity, and Microsoft Azure Basic understanding of AI technology including Large Language Models (LLMs), data grounding and knowledge sources, orchestration, agentic automation, MCP services, and responsible AI guardrails Understanding of agile project management, good communication, and team collaboration Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
