About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer/Consultant to design, build, and govern scalable business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience in complex application and workflow development, integration with core data services, and a commitment to best practices in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
1+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and/or Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration scenarios.
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform (e.g., managed solutions, DevOps pipelines, Environment Strategy).
Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Responsibilities

Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including site collections, custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate flows to streamline business operations.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, and external data sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Establish and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform solutions.
