About The Position

The main purpose of Power Equipment Sales is to aid customers in the purchase of outdoor power equipment. This position is part-time with a flexible schedule and is classified as non-exempt under FLSA. The role reports to the Power Equipment Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and superiors
• Must have knowledge and understanding of equipment to answer customer questions during sales and calls
• Must be able to demonstrate how to use equipment to customers for sales

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Ensure that customer and co-workers receive an outstanding friendly experience
• Maintain outstanding standards and solid product knowledge
• Schedule deliveries on new equipment
• Clean floor & equipment
• Work home shows
• Keep product stocked on floor and priced accordingly
• Credit approval on new equipment
• Multi-task
• Submit all paperwork for sales/retail bonuses, purchase orders, and finalize sales orders
