About The Position
Eaton is seeking an experienced Power Electronics Control Team Manager for its Power Electronics (PE) Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Raleigh, NC. Work sponsorship and relocation offered. Eaton’s PE CoE accelerates the company’s growth by developing power electronics platforms and common hardware building blocks that are scalable, cost-effective, and manufacturable. These platforms and blocks, along with standardized design methodologies, can be adopted by multiple business units, providing a foundation for rapidly developing innovative products. The team manager will be responsible for leading and directing a team of engineers and internal projects, as well as designing and building innovative power electronics solutions for power conversion and protection. This position requires a technically strong engineer with leadership skills capable of managing a cross-functional team and collaborating with global teams.
