About The Position

We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges enabling their sustained analytics transformation. Responsible for institutionalizing data driven insights and recommendations to bring analytics findings and customer strategies to life. Ideal candidate should be enthusiastic who has experience working with large datasets, is comfortable building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and loves solving complex business problems through data and analytics while working in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve understanding the customer's business, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management. The candidate will also be accountable for communicating strategy & delivery plan with clients, ensuring full alignment across client & internal team, and mitigating potential risks & escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise reporting.
• 5 years of experience using PowerBI.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling concepts.
• Ability to convert various business problems into tech solutions and vice versa.
• Strong design concepts, wireframing and ability to come up with various KPI's based on the data.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to mentor PowerBI Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams of business stakeholders and lead the design and execution of roadmap to drive business outcomes.
• Manage large scale BI initiatives.
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner.
• Recommending changes to existing business intelligence processes or policies to improve efficiency.
