Position Summary:The Power BI Developer will support enterprise reporting and analytics across clinical, operational, and administrative systems. This role is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports that are accurate, trusted, and actively used by leadership and operational teams across multiple states. Primary Responsibilities: Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.Power BI Reporting & Dashboards Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive, operational, and departmental use Develop KPI-driven visualizations that clearly communicate performance, trends, and exceptions Ensure dashboards are intuitive, consistent, and aligned to Beacon standards Optimize reports and datasets for performance, reliability, and usability Data Modeling, Validation & QA Review and partner with data engineers to maintain Power BI semantic (Tabular) models Develop and optimize DAX measures supporting enterprise KPIs Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Reconcile data across source systems and investigate discrepancies Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access controls Reporting and analytics will support the following areas: Applicant Tracking (ATS) – recruiting pipeline, time-to-fill, source effectiveness CRM – referrals, pipeline, conversions, admissions HRIS – turnover, retention, staffing ratios, training compliance EHR – census, occupancy, LOA, incidents, clinical documentation eMAR – medication pass rates, refusals, errors, compliance Performance Management – KPI scorecards and trend analysis Facility Management – maintenance requests, SLAs, asset tracking
