About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights by creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud data platforms (preferred)
• Experience with performance tuning and report optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tools like Tableau, SSRS, or MicroStrategy
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
• Certification in Microsoft Power BI (PL-300 preferred)
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Cloud platforms, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level dashboards.
• Optimize report performance and implement best practices for data visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI environments.
• Deploy reports to Power BI Service and manage workspace, gateways, and access controls.
• Provide support and troubleshoot BI solutions in production environments.
