About The Position

As a Power BI Administrator at Fiserv, you will be an integral part of our Contact Service Technology team, responsible for configuring and automating the management of Power BI gateways. You will work directly with business partners, external clients, and various development resources to ensure optimal data management and analysis. Your role will require expertise in an environment that includes Azure Services, Azure SQL, Snowflake, SSRS, ADF, SSIS, Cognos, Power BI, Python, and other data-related technologies.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Power BI administration and configuration.
• 6 years of experience with Azure Services, Azure SQL, Snowflake, SSRS, ADF, SSIS, and Cognos.
• 6 years proficiency in Python and other data-related programming languages.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Fiserv products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

• Experience managing and optimizing Azure Services environments.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for Power BI and related technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and automate the management of Power BI gateways to ensure seamless data flow and access.
• Collaborate with business partners, external clients, and development resources to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage and optimize the Azure Services environment to support data-related programming and analytics.
• Oversee the integration of various data sources, including Azure SQL, Snowflake, SSRS, ADF, SSIS, Cognos, and Python, into Power BI for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI gateways, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI configurations and processes.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power BI and related technologies to continuously improve our systems.
