Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform.
  • Expert in configuring and customizing Power Apps solutions.
  • Expert in extending Dataverse using Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Cloud Flows, JavaScript, and tools like XRMToolBox.
  • Expert in developing workflow automations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Proficient in unit testing, regression testing, and delivering quality, bug-free work artifacts.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time, depending on the client and industries served.
  • Expert in developing and deploying Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) primarily using Dataverse as the backend.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in building PowerBI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience building flows using Power Automate connectors.
  • Experience with Dataflows and data migration.
  • Experience with SharePoint List configuration and integration with Power Automate.
  • Experience with deployment using Managed Solutions.
  • Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high priority customer initiatives on the Microsoft Azure Platform.
  • Own the overall technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft Azure Dynamics 365 Platform.
  • Lead Azure Applications Development technical customer engagements including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or pilots.
  • Work with Federal customers on their requirements, understanding their current environment, and performing gap analysis.
  • Test and support a pilot of the services.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to advise senior leadership and provide a leadership role to engineers.
  • Interface directly with the client on a regular basis and provide presentations.
  • Produce well written, technical detailed articles tailored to the customer's environment, objectives and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer's technical staff and management team.
