As NASA's largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for a Power Apps Developer to join the team.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft GCC environment and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in application development, preferably in government or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring, technical guidance, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and SharePoint development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience supporting NASA, federal agencies, or other public sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for analytics and reporting.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
  • Ensure compliance with GCC security and data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to internal R&D efforts.
