We are looking for a Power Apps Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub to design, build, and support business applications that help sales teams work more efficiently. This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and extending Sales Hub using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while also enabling end users to understand and use the system effectively. The ideal candidate understands both how the system works technically and how sales teams use it day to day.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse.
  • Experience using Power Automate.
  • Understanding of sales processes (from lead to opportunity, pipeline management, and forecasting).
  • Ability to collaborate with business users and articulate technical solutions effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or plugin development.
  • Experience in CRM implementations or sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and tailor Sales Hub entities such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities.
  • Create and manage forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Establish sales processes, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Ensure the effective management of data quality, security roles, and user access.
  • Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps linked to Sales Hub (Dataverse).
  • Create custom applications to assist with sales, approvals, quoting, and reporting.
  • Enhance user experience for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Develop automated workflows such as: Lead routing Deal approvals Notifications and reminders Data synchronization
  • Integrate Sales Hub with tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, ERP systems, or external APIs.
  • Train and support end users on utilizing Sales Hub and custom Power Apps.
  • Translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Provide documentation, guidance, and ongoing improvements for the system.
  • Maintain Dataverse data models.
  • Support Power BI and Sales Hub reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and sales performance.
