About The Position

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. The client is seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building tools that streamline operations, automate reporting, and enhance data visibility across teams. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of designing scalable solutions that improve efficiency and maintain control standards.

Requirements

• 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, dashboard/reporting, and workflow development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working across teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Programming Languages: C++, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx.
• Platforms: Azure, Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business operations.
• Build tools such as Error Tracking Dashboards to capture and visualize error data.
• Create Knowledge Assessment Tools to automate test distribution and result tracking.
• Integrate applications across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to centralize data and improve accessibility.
• Automate communications and task flows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
