Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Power Applications Specialist to work daily on-site to support our government customer at Fort Lee, VA. Remote and Hybrid work are not available for this position. We are seeking a highly skilled Power Applications Specialist to design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 services. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
  • Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
  • Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Synapse.
  • Customize forms, views, and business rules within the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, project managers, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training, and support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams integrations.
  • Proficiency in designing responsive UI/UX within PowerApps.
  • Experience with PowerBI integrations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of process automation, workflow design, or RPA.
